Point of Pride

I was so proud of my daughter
this weekend. After many weeks of training and significant weight loss, Heather completed the 15 k, yes that was 15 k and crossed the finish line after walking the 9.3 miles in 2 hrs 26 minutes.

This was a real lesson in taking a goal and breaking it down into small doable steps and accomplishing what you set out to do!!!! Way to go. Heather

Sept 6th blog returns

The summer has gone fast and we have enjoyed the weather.
Now it's time to get down to business and finish off the year on a high note complete with a winning outcome.

Remember to include a planned indulgence in your week.
Life's too short to live on a diet.

5 k at relay for life

Hey gang I spent a lot of hours this weekend at the relay. Saw many WW members past and present. Very emotional 2 days. So happy to see so many survivors.
We remembered my husband this year with black mustaches on his bags.

Tracking / essential key skill to weight loss & maintenance

If you bite it, write it. If you drink it, ink it. If you nibble it, scribble it. Get out your pencil before your utensil.

Don't forget to track consistently for atleast 4 days everything you eat and drink. Then share what happened at your meeting this next week.

Update!!!!!!!!!!!!

Primiere show of Last Chance Highway was on tonight @ 5:00 PM. Panda, now called Parker was seen on the first episode with litter mate Lee Lee, now Jolie. I love Shelly. What a wonderful woman to save all these helpless animals. Stay tuned for all 8 shows, especially, July 17 th. This will be the adoption show for Parker and my son, Sean. This show can be found on Animal Planet, channel 43 or 667 on Comcast.

This is Shelly when she came to NYC to promote the show. They filmed segments in Madison Park with Parker & Jolie. Looks like Parker is doing well inspite of her rough start in life.

Both sisters together again!!!!!!!
